Saturday highlights of MS Camp

Camp is going great!!!

As of last counts last night, 18 students received Christ in their hearts at MS camp. God is good!!!!!!

First night of MS Camp

The journey to camp took us to our Lunch stop - some amazing food at Fudrockers, SC.

We arrived at Blue Ridge YMCA in NC at 4 pm, students were situated in their rooms by 4:30 and dinner was served at 6:00.

Our first night session started off at 7:30 with an amazing worship led by Jerod Beck Band and a powerful word from Glen Rowden.

Here are a couple highlights from the Word tonight. Glen started off driving the theme verse into our students : Ephesians 2:10.

What you do now matters !
Faith and confidence are nothing without action!
It's impossible to please Him if you don't have faith in action.
(Ephesians 2:10, Hebrews 11:1)

Powerful word & worship on our first night . 6 students received Jesus as The Lord of their life tonight. God is moving!!!!!!

We followed up our night session with Family Time in which students got a chance to discuss what God spoke to them about & what He is doing in their life.

Night ended with a trip up the hill to the Blue Ridge Amphitheater where our students got to enjoy some amazing s'mores around the fire. Sweet times all over again at MS Camp! :)

Join us in Praying for Middle School Camp

Here’s how you can Pray for MOTION Middle School Camp – July 18-21

Please pray for ALL the students going to camp: open and receptive hearts to hear God’s Truth and purpose for their lives.
Pray for those going with us that don’t know Jesus that THIS WEEKEND, Jesus will draw them to Himself and change them forever.
Pray for our core students that go, that Jesus will call them into a life fully dedicated to His following.
Pray for our family group leaders as they DO LIFE with our students over the weekend. Pray for great conversations to take place daily as students debrief what they hear throughout the day.
Pray for our Hebron Middle School Ministry Staff (Flav, Carrie, Amy and Robert) as they put together ALL the details of Middle School camp.
Pray for our speaker, Glen Rowden. We are excited to have him this year with us to speak Truth into the lives of our students.
Pray for Jerod Beck Band, for anointing from above as they lead our group daily in worship.
Pray for our all our morning and night sessions and for all breakouts. Pray God’s Word would penetrate DEEP and STICK inside the hearts of our students.
Pray for our safety on the road and while at camp.
Pray for ALL that we do at camp to not just be something we do “at camp” but it will so CHANGE all of us to the extent that it goes beyond camp to our world back home, a world that needs the LIGHT of Jesus in a big way!
